Sean Secord is a devoted community leader with a proven record of community service. Sean is known for building multidisciplinary health systems through engaging community partners. Sean has shown his deep passion and determination to make life better for families and the community.

As the Liberal Candidate for Airdrie-Cochrane, Sean understands what it takes to create good jobs, support the people, families and small businesses in the community and build a better future for everyone. Now he is committed to working with Mark Carney to invest in our middle class an those working hard to join it, grow an economy that works for everyone, protect a clean environment, and keep Canada moving forward.

Born and raised in a rural setting, Sean has deep roots in central Alberta where his father and extended family have resided since the 1970’s. Sean has a unique understanding of Airdrie and Cochrane’s vibrant character and community, and he will be a hardworking Member of Parliament, representing the community’s interests in Ottawa.

Sean has seen firsthand the opportunities and challenges that middle class families face every day, and he understands the priorities/issues of the Airdrie-Cochrane riding including the need for services and infrastructure to keep up with population growth, and the Rockies’ headwater concerns for local farmers. The families of Airdrie and Cochrane need a trusted voice in government who will be a champion for a stronger middle class and help build an economy that works for all Canadians.
